Week 1 Weight Results

Well friends, I am happy to announce that I lost 3.3 lbs. this last week!!! Woohoo! And for those who are worried that I might be losing too fast, just remember that the first few weeks of any weight loss program results in more weight lost. It will even out soon, I suspect. But in the meantime, yay!!!! If I lose three pounds a week, I'll be down to my goal weight in just 32 weeks. But um, that's not going to happen. My goal is to lose around 2 lbs. a week. Which, if I am able to lose every week, will put me a right over a year. Which is not bad, right? But I know from experience that it doesn't happen that way.  But it's a goal to work toward. And although this last week feels like it took forever (for a LOT of different reasons), I know the time will pass quickly. And the way I see it, is that the time will pass anyway, so I might as well be doing something to better myself. So here we go with week two! Wish me luck!
